 Capture
data
CSM’s POM kiosk technology makes it easy to capture consumer data. Simply design your data collection questions (which can be in text, number, date, radio button, check box, or scrollable list format), and set the POM kiosks up where you want them. Consumers can enter their information through the resistive touch screen to complete their session.
Data is captured in real time and automatically transferred via a secure network to one central database, which can be hosted by CSM or the client. If a POM kiosk goes offline data capture continues uninterrupted, and data is stored locally on the POM kiosk until internet connection returns. Once internet connection returns the data transfer picks up where it left off. All data is accessible only from the online user interface, and only authorized representatives will be able to access it.

QR codes
QR codes are an efficient, modern way to instantly and automatically communicate key information digitally. CSM’s POM kiosks come with an optional 2D image scanner that read QR codes or barcodes off of printed paper and digital devices such as a smartphones and tablets.
CSM’s POM kiosk QR code processing capabilities can be used to validate receipts for ticket purchases, apply discounts when purchasing tickets, and/or print exclusive coupons.

badges, coupons and receipts
CSM’s POM kiosks can be programmed to print a variety of documents via a built-in thermal printer. Printed documents include entrance tickets, receipts, coupons, and name badges. All printed documents can include logos, QR or barcodes, and images.

 Activate
loyalty and rewards cards
Loyalty Programs are a fantastic way of capturing a repeat customer base. CSM's POM kiosks can quickly register new loyalty program members and activate loyalty cards on site. After submitting their information and opting in to your mailing list, consumers can swipe blank loyalty cards on the magnetic stripe reader or scan them on the scanner to activate the card instantly. The registration and card activation will be sent to your POS system immediately so new members can earn rewards points on their purchase during the same visit.
