CSM’s data collection system is available for any smartphone as a free downloadable app. The smartphone functionality is especially useful for event vendors who want to collect consumer data at an event or trade show, but can be customized for retail solutions as well.
As attendees register for an event, their contact information is encrypted as a QR code. When they check-in at the event they print their name badge with the QR code, which vendors can scan for fast consented subscription to future communications. Upon scanning the QR code, the contact information is instantly transferred to the vendor's own private database.
